THEY’RE top of the class.
NUI Galway recently presented prizes to a select group of students for coming top of their class. The awards were made at a special ceremony which included sponsors and parents on Saturday last and were presented by NUI Galway President, Dr Jim Browne.
Two Kerry students were awarded honours. Former Mercy Mounthawk student, Donnchadh MacGarry from Fenit was top in Physical, Chemical and Mathematical Sciences while Orla McMahon from Listowel is a high achiever in Systems Analysis. Well done to both of you.
