ADVANCED Fitness Education held an open evening for new students at the Ballyroe Heights Hotel on Thursday night.

The business, which is based in Tralee Sports and Leisure Centre, has been operating for just a year and trains students to become fitness instructors and freelance personal trainers and nutrition advisors.

“It’s our annual open evening to meet potential new students and to answer any questions relating to our courses,” said Course Director, Siobhan Sentry.

“We started our first course in September and our first group of students is finishing this week,” she said.

Potential students heard information about the coursesĀ in an industry which seems to be growing and growing in the county.
