A GATHERING will take place next weekend in Tralee to showcase and celebrate the many biodiversity initiatives that have taken place all over Kerry during the past few challenging years.
‘From The Ground Up – Celebrating Biodiversity, Leadership and Community Wellbeing’ will take place in a number of locations in town on Friday, October 7 and Saturday, October 8.
This gathering is a culmination of a three-year Transition Farming Programme and four Biodiversity, Climate Community Leadership Programmes, funded by NEWKD, LEADER and delivered by Transition Kerry.

Participants will be inspired, learn new skills and encouraged to share knowledge and insights in the programme of local events, while networking with communities and agencies.
