IF you’re in town tomorrow morning, it’ll be worth a trip into Paco on The Mall from 11am to 1pm.

Eileen Whelan of the fashion store is organising a coffee and fashion morning in aid of the Nano Nagle Special School in Listowel, which caters for students from the ages of four to 18 with moderate to severe and profound learning difficulties and autism, from Castlegregory, Tralee, all over north Kerry and west Limerick.

Two girls from the school, assisted by their SNA teacher, will be modelling clothes during two fashion shows at 11.30am and 12 noon.

The ladies from The Glam Pod will be doing a make-up demonstration, there’ll be teas and coffees, cakes and scones from Brudair’s and Der O’Sullivan’s, which Eileen really appreciates.

“They’re great to help out, it’s a real big effort from all of us for a great cause. This is our eighth such event for a charity or organisation and it’s a great way to raise awareness for the chosen cause and it gives people a lift,” said Eileen. There’ll also be a raffle on the day for spot prizes.
