KEEL Community came out in force to lend its support to the local GAA club’s pre-loved clothes boutique, pop up shop.

There was a huge response to the event, which took place from the 29th until the 31st of May in Keel Community Centre.

The event was organised to raise funds for the Kerry Cancer Support Group, Kerry – Cork Health Link Bus.

€3000 of the proceeds was donated to the KCSG. Volunteers offered up their time to transport, prepare, and price the clothing.

There was a fantastic selection of clothing, with something for everyone – from wedding attire to children’s clothes, as well as other bric-a-brac.

The presentation of the cheque was made to Bread Dyland (manager of KCSG) by Club Secretary Laura O’Shea, in Murphy’s Bar in Keel, on Sunday 5th of June.

KCSG would like to thank Keel GAA for their generous donation, and to all those who gave up their time to make the event such a success.
