A GAME Of Thrones star is on his way to Quarters Nightclub this July.
Northern Irish actor, Kristian Nairn who plays Hodor, the simple 6″ 11″ giant who protects Bran Stark in the mega-hit HBO show, is already well-known in DJ circles and is currently on his worldwide ‘Rave Of Thrones’ tour which takes in a date in Tralee on Friday, July 10.
Speculation was rife in Tralee this week that a Game Of Thrones star would be coming after Quarters put up notice that a big announcement was coming – in Game Of Thrones-style typeface – on their Facebook page.
Many hoped it would be Kit Harington but that wouldn’t have worked out – Jon Snow knows nothing about DJing (boom! boom!). Sorry.
Anyway, the people at Quarters are encouraging fans to dress up for the gig so expect a flock of Daenerys, Cerseis, Tyrions, Jon Snows and maybe even a few dragons to show up.
The ‘Wildlings’ might find things a bit hot in there though.
