Gardaí Seek Public’s Help After Break-ins In Tralee, Lixnaw and Listowel

garda_1GARDAI are asking for the public’s assistance in relation to a break-in to a business last week.

On Monday, December 5 at 4.20am, a number of people broke into Boyle’s Patio And Stove Centre at Laharn, Tralee. Nothing was taken in the break-in.

They were seen on CCTV cameras but gardaí are looking for anyone who may have been in the area around this time and saw anything suspicious to contact them at Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

There was also a burglary in Lixnaw last week. Between Wednesday, December 7 and Friday, December 10, a vacant house in the village was broken into and a safe was taken.

If anyone saw anything suspicious around the house which is located in the middle of the village, please contact Listowel Garda Station on 068-50820.

There was also an aggravated burglary in Listowel at Willow Court on December 6 at 5am. The injured party was asleep on the couch when he heard glass breaking.

He was subsequently knocked unconscious and a sum of money and mobile phone were taken. Again, Listowel gardaí are investigating and would appreciate any information from the public regarding the crime.
