Gardaí Appeal To Public For Information After Break-Ins

GARDAI are appealing to the public for any information in relation to burglaries in the county over the past week.

Between 9pm on Monday, October 12 and 9am the following morning a house was broken into at Mountain Close, Balloonagh. Any information to Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

In St John’s Park in Castleisland on Thursday, October 15, between 11.30pm and 8.30am the following morning, a garage was broken into and a number of tools taken including a red Hilti kango hammer. Any information to Castleisland Garda Station on 066-7141204.

On Monday, October 12, between 4pm and 6pm there was a break-in at a house in Dromkeen West, Causeway village.

A young male, who caused damage while trying to gain entry to the house was seen leaving the premises on foot and escaped through fields.

Gardaí say a teenage girl, whom they believe is from the Ardfert area, may have witnessed the male and they are asking her to contact Listowel Garda Station on 068-50820.
