Gardaí Ask For Public’s Assistance As They Investigate Thefts In Tralee Area

GARDAI in Tralee are appealing to the public for any information regarding a number of theft in the greater Tralee area over the past few weeks.

Seven hanging baskets were taken from Curley’s Garden Centre in Ballinorig West, on Thursday, July 18 between 12noon and 1pm.

Over in Camp, Ballyseedy, a crop of bamboo was taken from the rear of a property between June 15 and June 18.

On Friday, July 19, a ladder was taken from a property at Ashe Hill, Ballymacelligott at 10.48pm. Also, at Ashe Hill, two drills were taken overnight from a van at a property on July 18/19.

At Lisanearla, Abbeydorney, on July 18, a work phone and a jacket were taken from an unlocked car.

Meanwhile, gardaí are also investigating an incident of criminal damage on Ashe Street just after midnight on July 17.
