Gardaí Ask For Public’s Assistance With Information On Crime Incidents

GARDAÍ are asking for the public’s help in relation to a number of incidents in Tralee and beyond over the past few weeks.

Between 5pm on Tuesday, March 6 and 4pm on Tuesday, March 13, a storage house in Rathass was entered via a rear window.

Nothing was taken in the break-in but the premises was ransacked. If anyone saw anything suspicious in the area, please contact Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

On March 15, between 7.45pm and March 16 at 8am, there were two trailers — an Ifor Williams single axel trailer and a blue and white diesel tanker — stolen in Kilflynn. Gardai would appreciate any assistance if anyone has information or has seen the trailers.

Over in Finuge on March 16, between 8.45am to 1oam, the front door of a house was forced in while the owner was out. The house was ransacked but nothing was taken. Any information to Listowel Garda Station 068-50827.

Going west to Castlegregory, between March 1 and March 17, a family went to their mobile holiday home to discover it had been ransacked and damage caused.

Also, in Kerry Airport, a man left a black Hewlett Packard laptop on the cistern in the main bathroom  at 10.10am on Sunday, March 11. When he noticed it was missing, he went back but the laptop was gone.
