GARDAI in Tralee are looking for the public’s assistance with regard to burglaries and break-ins in Tralee recently.
Between 6.30pm on Friday, December 4 and 9am on Saturday, December 5, a garage attached to a house in the Oakpark area was entered and a number of items were taken, including two chainsaws.
The car parked outside the house was also stolen. The keys were in the car and it was unlocked.

Also in the Oakpark area, between 2.30am and 2.40am on the same night, a person in a house was awoken by a noise and when they went to investigate discovered a back window broken.
They confronted a male in the back garden of the property who then fled the scene. He was wearing a grey hoodie.
If anyone saw anything suspicious in the Oakpark area on Friday night/early Saturday morning they are asked to get in contact with Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.
