Gardaí Investigate Burglaries In Tralee And Abbeydorney In Past Week

GARDAI are appealing to the public for information regarding two burglaries which occurred in Tralee and Abbeydorney over the past week.

At about 3.50am on Wednesday, November 27, a burglary occurred at a premises at Kearney’s Road, Ballyard.

A large amount of scrap lead and a copper cylinder were taken from a shed beside a house. Gardai say three males in dark clothing were seen at the scene. If anyone saw anything suspicious, contact Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

Meanwhile, Gardaí have appealed to the public again for any information about a burglary which occurred in Powers Centra in Abbeydorney, at around 1.30am on Monday, November 25. Four males entered via the rear door of premises and a quantity of cash  and cigarettes were stolen.

The men were using a dark coloured jeep and gardaí are asking anyone who saw a jeep of that description travelling in the area in the early hours of this morning, to contact them at Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.
