Gardaí Investigate Burglaries In Tralee

GARDAI in Tralee are investigating a burglary at a business premises and a break-in to a house in Clogherbrien.

In the early hours of Thursday morning, April 19, the Fone Dealz shop on Castle Street was broken into and a number of Apple and Samsung phones were taken.

Meanwhile, over in Clogherbrien, a house was broken into between Saturday April 21 and Sunday April 22, but nothing was taken.

If anyone saw any suspicious activity with regard to both incidents, please contact Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

Also, gardaí are investigating a hit and run crime at the multi-storey car-park on Maine Street between 9.20am and 4.20pm on Saturday, March 24.

A 181 red Hyundai car was damaged in the car park and the other driver left the scene. Gardaí in Tralee are looking for witnesses.

Over in the Farranfore/Currans area, two houses a couple of miles apart were broken into in the early hours of Sunday, August 22.

A small amount of cash was taken from one house. A white car was seen in the area and its movements were considered suspicious. Call the gardaí if you have any information.

Meanwhile Gardaí in Listowel are asking the public to keep an eye out for a silver Audi, registration number 03-WX-6989 which was stolen in Listowel on April 9.
