Gardaí Investigate Theft Of Vehicle In Tralee Estate

GARDAI in Tralee are appealing to the public for assistance after a car was stolen from a Tralee estate in the early hours of this morning.

Between 3am and 6am at Castle Lawn Drive, Manor, a green Volkswagen Golf car was stolen from outside a house.

The car was later discovered this afternoon in Banna beach. A large number of tools were stolen from the car.

Gardaí are asking anyone who saw the vehicle this morning in the Manor area or at Banna beach to contact them at Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

Also, another car in the Manor area was broken into last night and Gardaí say the two incidents may be linked.

The owner noticed this morning that the vehicle had been interfered with and personal belongings taken.
