ONCE again, gardaí brought some seasonal cheer to the streets of Tralee with their annual fundraiser on The Mall on Tuesday.
Members of the force carried collection buckets for their annual festive fundraising drive aided by local musicians — including retired garda Dave Rath — and created a great atmosphere for shoppers.
There were a number of special guest singers too, including Sergeant Caragh Kelly and Garda Mary Gardiner who sang well-known Christmas classics to an appreciative audience, while Santa also made an appearance much to delight of children. All funds raised will go towards the Kerry Emigrant Support Group.
