GARDAI are appealing for information after a break-in to a house at Island View in Fenit.
The owner was away for a month and returned on October 29 to find there was fire damage in the back of the house.
Gardaí say the incident occurred between October 2-29 and are looking for anyone who saw fire or smoke emanating from the Island View area during this time to contact them so they can narrow down the timeframe.
