Gardaí Seek Public’s Help To Solve Number Of Crimes In Tralee Area

GARDAI in Tralee are asking for the public’s help with a number of incidents in the Tralee area including thefts and break-ins.

On Sunday, July 1, between 11pm and 11.45pm, there was damage caused to a car in the Ballyard area of town.

Also, in Clash, diesel was taken from a property between 3am and 4.30am in the early hours of Friday last.

On June 29, at 3.45am in Kielduff, there was a theft from a vehicle. There was also a burglary in the same area between June 28 and June 29.

On Saturday, June 30, there was a burglary at a house in Fountain Court at around 10pm.

Gardaí are asking that if anyone has information relating to any of the incidents mentioned above, to please contact them at Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

Also, gardaí are appealing for information about a traffic collision which occurred on Friday June 8 in Ballymac.

It happened at 9am at junction near O’Riada’s and the small road for Glenageenty Wood. Gardai are looking for a white medium sized van that failed to remain at the scene of a road collision and headed in the direction of Castleisland.
