Gardaí Seek Public’s Help After Tools And Gates Stolen In Separate Robberies

GARDAI are seeking the public’s help after almost€1,000 worth of tools were taken from a portakabin at a house in Lisardboula last week.

The robbery occurred between Thursday, October 5 and Friday, October 6. The tools included a De Walt battery drills, spanner sets, electric jigsaws, angle grinders and various hand tools.

If anybody has been offered tools like this for sale, they are asked to contact Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

Also, wrought iron gates were reported stolen to the gardaí on Tuesday, October 3, from a premises at Clogherbrien.

The house was vacated in the start of September so it wasn’t noticed that the gates were missing until last week.

The gates are valued at between €300 and €400 and are approximately 15 years old. If anyone has been offered the gates, please contact Tralee Garda Station at the above number.
