The suspected cannabis resin seized in Camp last night.
GARDAI have arrested and charged a man in his 20s and seized approximately €57,000 worth of suspected cannabis resin following an operation in Camp, last night.
Shortly after 10pm, Gardaí from the Divisional Drugs Unit in Kerry carried out a search operation in Camp.
During the course of the search Gardaí seized €57,000 worth of suspected cannabis resin and €700 worth of suspected cocaine and cannabis herb. The seized drugs will now be sent for analysis.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene and brought to Tralee Garda Station. He has since been charged and is due to appear before Killarney District Court at 2pm today.
