GARDAI have arrested and charged a man in relation to the seizure of €7,300 of suspected cannabis in north Kerry on Saturday, March 27.
As part of an ongoing investigation in the Kerry Division, Gardaí from the Kerry Divisional Drugs Unit executed a search warrant at a house in the Duagh area of Listowel.
During the course of the search Gardaí seized €4,000 of suspected cannabis plants inside a grow house that was utilising heaters and fans.

Gardaí also seized €3,200 of suspected cannabis herb. All of the suspected drugs will now be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
A man, aged in his 40s, was arrested on March 28 and detained at Listowel Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984. He has since been charged and is due to appear before Listowel District Court on April 15, 2021.
