‘OKTOBERFEST’ is coming to the Rose Of Tralee Festival Dome with Oompah Brass Bands, biers, bratwursts and banter on Saturday, August 18 from 7.30pm to 2am.

It will bring the best of German traditions and culture to the Festival and the organisers are hoping people dress up in Oktoberfest outfits and enjoy the festivities even more.

There are Communal Table Reservations for up to 8 people per table and there’s table service provided throughout by the friendly staff dressed in traditional Bavarian costumes – Lederhosen or Dirndl’s.

The Biergarten transports you to Munich with authentic wooden tables and benches on the grass, garden and water features, plus the sounds, smells and atmosphere of a real German folk festival.

The caterers will be offering a selection of simple Bavarian snacks – all foods are typical German folk festival fare like Bratwursts, Pretzels and much more.

There’ll be a selection of specially brewed Oktoberfest beers, a choice of wines, sparkling wines, gluten free beers, minerals and much more on offer.

Oktoberfest Oompah bands are the big attraction and they have flown in from Munich and beyond to keep guests thoroughly entertained for this special night. There will be a host of other German-style entertainers, DJ’s and activities.

Organisers expect the event to sell out fast. Individual entry costs €13 (including a complimentary drink for entry before 9pm). Tables of eight cost €140 (with a complimentary drink for each person before 9pm). For all details click here
