TWO local charities will this year benefit from the annual Tralee Golf Club Captains Charity Day.

It takes place on Friday, October 14 at Tralee Golf Club and all funds from the day will go towards charities, Kerry Hospice and Family Carers Ireland, Kerry Branch. All funds raised will stay in Kerry.

The event is being led by club captains, Liam Nolan and Dorothy O’Driscoll, with Kerry Group sponsoring the prizes.

A team consisting of four players is €200. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd along with men’s, ladies and mixed teams.
