THE weather is quite mixed at the moment, but it’ll get worse later on this week.

Accumulations of 30mm to 60mm are expected widely, with higher values in mountainous regions. The warning is valid from just after midnight on Thursday until Friday at 6am.

However, judging by the Rainfall Radar on the Met Éireann website, it looks like it will be dry in Kerry for Thursday morning and early afternoon, with heavy rain coming later in the afternoon and persisting into Friday morning, but it’ll clear after that for a dry Friday.
