THE Tralee Born to Run Club are all set to host their fundraising run to help a little girl from Ballymac.
The Help Rose Bloom 5k Virtual Run is being held this Saturday and Sunday in aid of four year old Rose O’Flaherty who lives with Type 1 Spinal Muscular Athrophy (SMA).
Currently there is no cure for SMA, but there are treatments available to manage symptoms and reduce discomfort.

Born To Run are encouraging everyone to take part. You can do the 5k in your own way, be it a walk, run or even if you are not quite up to doing 5k all in one go, aim for 6250 steps in one day (approx the number of steps in a 5k).
