THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that April was another busy month for property sales around Tralee with 25 transactions taking place fetching a total of €4,966,605.
The properties that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in April was for a house in Park Lane for €550,000.
The most paid in the county in one transaction was €1,270,000 for Cosha North and Treanmana, Madam’s Island in Glenbeigh.
