THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that April saw 23 property sales in the Tralee area in transactions fetching a total of €4,569,750.
The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in April was for a house in Racecourse Road for €600,000.
The most paid in the county in one transaction was for 42 Oakwood Manor, Kenmare which sold for €730,000.
