THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that December was a busy month for property sales in the Tralee area with 26 transactions taking place fetching a total of €4,774,286.

The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in December was for a house in Ballyroe for €355,000.

The most paid in the county in one transaction was for a number of properties in Cashen Court and Cashen Close in Listowel which fetched €€9,410,000.
