THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that there were 16 property sales in the Tralee area in January in transactions fetching a total of €4,447,667.
The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in January was for Cluain Mór House, Boherbee for €700,000.
