THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that September was another busy month for property sales around Tralee with 29 transactions taking place fetching a total of €11,347,803.
The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in September was for a number of houses in Lios Ard, Lisloose for over €5,374,449.
This was also the most paid in the county in one transaction. Another notable transaction outside Tralee was €2,199,000 for 1-12 Lawlor’s Hill, Ardfert.
