A SPECIAL function was held on Friday evening to honour retired staff and members of the board of management at Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn.
Held at The Meadowlands Hotel, former Principal Cáit Uí Chonchúir — who retired at the beginning of this year — was joined by teacher Mairead Ní Bhrosnacháin, caretaker Michael Hilliad and retired board members Pádraig Ó Dálaigh, Padraig Mac Amhlaoibh and Stephen Buttimer.
Tributes were paid to all for their wonderful service and commitment to Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn over the years, while special presentations were also made at the dinner.
