BRITISH supermarket giant, Iceland, are all set to open their new store in Tralee on Wednesday.
It’s one of two stores opening in Ireland in the coming weeks which, between them, will create 70 new jobs. The other outlet is opening in Talbot Street in Dublin.
Work was continuing on the store when we called up on Friday morning, but the signs were up and a poster in the window read ‘Your new store opens 25 Nov @ 9am’.
It’s a timely employment boost for the town in the run up to Christmas.
