Since starting in her hometown’s farmers’ market in 2014, the Listowel native’s business has gone from strength to strength.

In addition to the LLK outlet in Listowel, Lizzy has a thriving bespoke catering business which counts the Kerry team amongst its portfolio of clients.

She has a regular cookery slot on TV3’s Sunday AM and will return to our screens this Sunday 5 November.  Earlier this year, Flogas Ireland appointed her as a regional Flogas Ambassador and furnished her with a Flogas demo kitchen.

It will be put to good use at this year’s Listowel Food Fair when she takes to the stage on opening night, Thursday 9 November, with actor and TV presenter, Simon Delaney who recently published his first cookbook.

Speaking about the award Lizzy said; “I am thrilled that LLK has been recognised at the Irish Curry Awards.  The curries are extremely popular with the customers and are made using only natural ingredients. This award is very much a result of the hard work of my fantastic and dedicated team and I thank them along with my loyal customers for their unwavering support since I started in the market.”
