IT’S back!

After the massive success of last January’s event, The Rose Hotel has again teamed up with charities to bring you ‘Back To The 80s’.

Dig out those shoulder pads and leg warmers and get set to hit the dancefloor 80’s style at the hotel on Friday, January 24 with their Back to the 80’s disco in aid of Comfort for Chemo and the Donal Walsh Foundation.

The Lee Suite at The Rose Hotel will be transformed for one night only into an 80’s disco with DJ Chris Shortt spinning the classics from 10pm until late with a curry supper served to guests to keep the nostalgia going.

80’s dress is encouraged but not required but there will be a prize for best dressed. All proceeds from the night will be shared between two very worthy causes Comfort for Chemo and the Donal Walsh Foundation.

The night earlier this year was fantastic (click here to see what people were wearing!) and raised €6,000 for Kerry Cancer Support Group and organisers hope people turn up to top that amount.

Also, wouldn’t a pair of tickets make a nice stocking filler so people have something to look forward to in January?

Tickets are €20pp and are available from Reception at The Rose Hotel or call (066) 7199100. If you travelling from outside town, why not make a night of it and stay overnight? Check the fantastic January offers at www.therosehotel.com.
