Jimmy Moran (centre) welcomed home by the Strand Road community.
THE STRAND Road community was out in force on Thursday afternoon to welcome Jimmy Moran back to his shop.
Jimmy suffered a brain haemorrhage after a procedure a few months ago and there was huge support and well wishes for him while he was recovering.
He was welcomed home today after being discharged from hospital and people lined the streets to greet him. Many a tear was shed and everyone is looking forward to seeing him when they call to the famous shop on Strand Road.
The large crowd out to welcome Jimmy home.
