JOHN Mitchels GAA are one of the winners in Lidl’s Ladies Gaelic Football Club Competition.
This Summer, Lidl, partners of Ladies’ Gaelic Football, called on customers across Ireland to nominate their local ladies’ Gaelic football club to win a share of a €145,000 clubs fund.
The Tralee club was recently announced as winners for the store which saw them win €1,000 to support activities in their club. They were one of 145 lucky clubs across the country to win a €1,000 cash prize for their club.
Lidl also gave clubs the chance to scoop three additional €5,000 prizes and five €1,000 runner up prizes on its social media platforms.
In total, €165,000 was donated by Lidl to clubs across the country as part of the competition.
