U14 North Kerry League Plate Final:
We travelled to Duagh last Monday night as complete Underdogs for the U14 Plate Final.
Mitchels won the toss and played with the wind in the first half and started the brighter with scores hard won Mitchels took a 4  point lead into half time after hitting the cross bar just at the short whistle. The second half saw our girls up hill against the wind and they gave everything on the night. With light fading, Duagh kicked a few points and eventually ran out winners.
Our girls can be very proud of their performance and never gave up on the night. Well done to all.
Next up U14 Town Championship on Saturday 13th in Caherslee.

U8s:
Huge congratulations to John Mitchels U8 & U10 boys and girls on winning the Siobhan Cotter Shield for the 2nd year in a row on Sunday last in Churchill. Our thanks to Churchill for organising a great blitz & we look forward to seeing you again next year. Training continues next Sunday morning from 10.30am to 12.00pm hope to see everyone there.

U10s:
We took part in the Churchill Blitz on Sunday with two teams taking part, U9 and U10. We had three games each and performed brilliantly in all the games. We both won two games and in our final games both teams performed heroically, putting in great performances. The games were very competitive with great scores passing and tackling. There were heroes on both teams and some have the scars of battle. We hope that everyone had a great time and it was wonderful that we won the Shield, well done to all. We have a busy time over the next few weeks with lots of games to come, but before that we have training next Sunday.
