UNDER 6 & 8 GIRLS

Training will continue next Sunday in the John Mitchel’s sports-hall from 10.00 – 11.00am with the emphasis on fun, making friends and learning some new skills. All are welcome!

UNDER 12 GIRLS

Our U12 Girls continued their winning form from last season by comprehensively beating Listowel Emmet’s in the North Kerry league last Saturday afternoon in Ballyseedy. Despite absolutely brutal conditions both teams really gave it their all, however it was Mitchel’s who played brilliantly especially in the first half with some fine defending and scoring on show.

UNDER 8’S

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our outdoor training session on Sunday last due to the torrential rain we had, but unfortunately we can’t control the weather so onwards and upwards & were hoping everyone will be raring to go next week as we have great plans for next week’s session which will also double as our juvenile registration day with lots of fun and game’s & maybe even a bouncy castle or two.

Stay tuned for more details during the week on john Mitchel’s Facebook page. Hope to see you all again next Sunday 10.00am to 11.00am in our sport’s complex thank you.

U12’s

Games v Ballymac and Churchill were cancelled on Saturday due to weather conditions.
Our green team took on Austin Stacks in division one of the town league on Monday evening last in Caherslee. Stacks started strongly and built up a significant lead but our guys showed great character and courage throughout and finished the game strongly. Well done to all the lads involved, they did Mitchel’s proud!

We continue training Wednesday at 5.45pm sharp on the Flood lit pitch.

Both teams play against na Gaeil on Saturday March 9th at 3pm in Ballyseedy, all players please be at club for 2.15pm

U14’s

We had a good turnout for training Wednesday evening with numbers on the rise every week. With one victory in our first game let’s keep it going, all support greatly appreciated
