Central league Final
John Mitchels 7-9 St Pats 1-10
We met St Pats in the Central League Division 3 final last Tuesday in Na Gael and ran out deserving winners on the night . We started well as in recent games and thanks to two Craig O Brien goals and a James Sheehan we led a half time by 3-5 to 0-5.

We continued to dominate the second half especially around the middle and with Craig O Brien notching a hat trick and further goals from Tristan Kirwan, James Sheehan and Tyrese Flaherty we were comfortable winners against a gallant St Pats who have their all to the final whistle. Afterwards Padraig White was presented with the man of the match award and captain Tyrese Flaherry was presented with the trophy.

Teams and scorers were
Cian Barden, David O Connor, Sean Tighe, Robert Kerins,Jordan Mason, Dara Sheridan,Stephen Bowler, Padraig White,(0-2)Alex O Se,(0-1)atrick O Brien, Dylan O Brien(0-1)Tyrese Flaherty(1-2), Craig O Brien,(3-2)Paraic O Callaghan, James Sheehan,(2-0)Tristan Kirwan,(1-0) Ciaran O Leary,Nathan Comerford, John O Connor, Sean Dillane(0-1)Conor Fitmaurice, Eric Pula,

The U12s don’t have any competitions for a few weeks so training continues on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm-8pm as normal.

U 10 Boys
On Saturday we played Listowel away and what a performance we gave. Jack, Daragh, Ciaran, Joe and Paddy took some great scores and tackled extremely well. Andrew, Sean Og, Ben and Cathal showed that they are developing into great footballers.

Sean, Brian, Dathi and Cian played great football and will be a big part of John Mitchels for a long time to come. Thanks to Cian as well. This was a great team performance and you all played your part. If we keep passing, tackling, defending and attacking as a team we will be hard to beat, well done lads.
