6AM FULL BODY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS
Come along to the John Mitchels Hall at 6am on Tuesday and Thursday and avail of our free strength and conditioning classes being facilitated by George Bastible. All you need is motivation, an exercise mat and water. Open to all 18 year olds and over.

Starting Friday November 11th at 8pm, come along to the Astroturf and take part in a one-hour session with George Bastible. Open to all club members, players and parents from minor upwards. If you have the desire to be the best version of yourself, come to John Mitchels at 6pm on Monday and Fridays and increase your fitness levels and improve your lifestyle.
UNDER 7 BOYS & GIRLS
The u 7s had great fun Sunday Morning.
Training was in the hall again this week and the sessions are nearing the end.

U8/U10/GIRLS
Our season is now at an end and will see you all again next year.
U12 Girls
We hope to see all the u 12s again next season along with some new faces joining the squad also. We will get in touch in the new year to organize training.
U14 GIRLS
The u 14 girls will continue Strength and conditioning every Tuesday from 6pm-7pm in the hall.
This is vital training heading into the new season, so we ask everyone to make an effort.
U16 GIRLS
Strength and conditioning continue on Thursdays from 6.00pm-7.00pm and Sundays from 9.30am-10.30am.
This is vital preparation for next season we ask all u 16s to attend.
UNDER 9 BOYS
Our u 9 boys have now finished for the Season we hope to see you all back again next year.
UNDER 11 BOYS
Our u 11 have now hung up their football boots for the year We hope to see everyone again for next season.
UNDER 13 BOYS
The u 13 boys Strength and conditioning is being held every Sunday from 12.00pm-1.00pm. Can all u 13 boys attend vital preparation for next season.
UNDER 15 BOYS
Our u 15s have Strength and conditioning on Thursday from 5.00-6.00pm. Can all players please attend.
UNDER 17 BOYS
We are due to play Na Gaeil on Monday 14th at 7.00pm throw in under lights in the town league final.
The game will be home venue please come and show your support.
SENIOR LADIES
Our senior ladies have now completed their season.
Strength and conditioning will continue for the girls in preparation for next season.
JUNIORS
Our Juniors have now finished their season and will reconvene again in due course.
BINGO
Bingo continues every Wednesday and Friday night. Eyes down at 8.30pm sharp. So come along to Chamfers John Joe Sheehy Road Tralee and enjoy the fun.

CLOTHES COLLECTION
We have a clothes bank on site having joined up with St Vincent De Paul to raise much needed funds for both John Mitchel’s and SVP. All donations welcome.
CLUB WALKWAY
Our walkway is open for everyone to enjoy so come along and take part in a healthy lifestyle. Please respect the rules of the walkway being a smoke free zone, with no cycling, studded boots or dog walking. Many thanks to the users of this facility for respecting these rules.
BOOT CLUB
Our boot club is now back if you want to drop off your old boots so they can be reused, feel free to drop them to reception.
