6AM FULL BODY STRENGHT AND CONDITIONING CLASSES FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS
Come along to the John Mitchels Hall at 6am on Monday and Thursday this week and will resume to Tuesday and Thursday week after next, avail of our free strength and conditioning classes being facilitated by George Bastible. All you need is motivation, an exercise mat and water. Open to all 18 year olds and over.
MONDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHTS START TRAINING LIKE THE PROS OPERATION TRANSFORMATION STYLE FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS
Started Friday November 11th at 8pm, come along to the Astroturf and take part in a one-hour session with George Bastible. Open to all club members, players and parents from minor upwards. If you have the desire to be the best version of yourself, come to John Mitchels at 6pm on Monday and 8pm on Fridays and increase your fitness levels and improve your lifestyle.
Training
All teams have completed their season for 2022 and we wish all players well on their strength and conditioning programs.
BINGO
Bingo continues every Wednesday and Friday night. Eyes down at 8.30pm sharp.

CLOTHES COLLECTION
We have a clothes bank on site having joined up with St Vincent De Paul to raise much needed funds for both John Mitchel’s and SVP. All donations welcome.
CLUB WALKWAY
Our walkway is open for everyone to enjoy so come along and take part in a healthy lifestyle. Please respect the rules of the walkway being a smoke free zone, with no cycling, studded boots or dog walking. Many thanks to the users of this facility for respecting these rules.
BOOT CLUB
Our boot club is now back if you want to drop off your old boots so they can be reused, feel free to drop them to reception.

If anyone is interested in hiring the hall for indoor soccer, basketball etc or our Astro turf please contact club reception on 066 7197070. We are also hiring out our old clubhouse on the John Joe Sheehy Road. You can hold dance classes, meetings, fitness classes, book clubs you name it we can cater your needs. The club would like to express its sincerest condolences to club stalwart Dan O’Connor on the passing of his beautiful wife Lynda Saturday night.
We know she will be so very sadly missed by all of her extended family including her wonderful children Sharon, Lynda, Mark and Erica.
She was an amazing and beautiful woman. We offer our deepest sympathy to the O’Connor and Roche Families on your loss at this sad time. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
