MitchelsINTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONSHIP
We are away to Ardfert in Round 2 time and date T.B.C.

CO LEAGUE
John Mitchels 1-8
Skellig Rangers 2-8
We were at home last Saturday evening in round 4 of the Co. league. We had the aid of a very strong wind in the first half but did not take full advantage and should have being leading by more than 4 points at half time. Half time score John Mitchels 1-6 S. Rangers 1-2.
This game turned about ten minutes into this half, when with an attacking free which went very wrong resulting in a Skellig Ranger goal. We had a player sent off shortly after this with a second yellow. Try as we might we could not get the scores that were needed to win the match. S. Rangers did enough to see them over the line at the end. Final score John Mitchels 1-8 Skellig Rangers 2-8.
We are away to Desmonds in round 5 on Saturday next May 17th at 7pm.

U8 Boys
We had a great week last week with a blitz in Ballyrickard and training in our own club on Sunday morning.

At the blitz Daragh, James, Ben, Andrew and Sean Og all tried their best and showed some great touches with some great scores. Luke, Cian, Sean and Sam also played a very important part in the games.

All the other players showed great commitment and courage in the games and we would like to congratulate you all. On Sunday we were on the side pitch with Cody, Daragh, Killian and Mark showing great improvement in their skills. Shay Nadal, Reece, and Luke worked really hard on their kicking and passing and at the end everyone played their hearts out in the games. Well done to all and we will see you next Sunday.

The girls had another great session which included soloing, handpassing and kicking the ball.. The girls are also learning the rules of the game from playing Go Games. Great progress is been shown by all and this week Lily Collins, Anna Lynch, Brid O Shea, and Jodie O Mahony have really improved.
