KERRY Cancer Support Group has benefitted from the kindness of a nine year old girl from mid-Kerry.
Kara O’Sullivan from Callinafercy who attends Nagle Rice Primary School Milltown along with members of her family presented a cheque for €550 to The Kerry-Cork Health Link Bus, representing half of the total amount of €1100 raised by Kara when she cut 13 inches off her hair before the summer holidays.
The other half along with the hair was donated to The Little Princess Trust UK who are an organisation who provides real hair wigs who suffer with cancer.
