Garveys Supervalu is hosting a visit from Operation Transformation’s Karl Henry this Saturday.
TRALEE welcomes the RTE Operation Transformation crew to the town this weekend with cameras fixing their lenses on two events.
It’s a big day in Garvey’s Supervalu on Saturday with the fitness expert from the show, Karl Henry, in store from 2.30pm giving encouragement to those who are making a transformation in their own lives this January.

He’ll be chatting to shoppers, no doubt giving a few tips and everyone is invited to come along.
Also, Garvey’s Supervalu will be giving people a free packet of Flahavan’s Porridge to visitors to the supermarket (one per person while stocks last), to encourage healthy eating. The store has been providing daily healthy recipes and of course their twice weekly walks on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6.30pm are very popular.
Then on Sunday, the cameras head to the Town Park to film the Junior Park Run at 9.30am. Everyone is encouraged to come along and show their support for this great event.
