Senior & Juvenile Fixtures/Training.
As a necessary precaution to control the spread of the Covid-19 Virus the club will be adhering fully to both the government and the GAA announcement to suspend all activity at club level until March 29th at the earliest.
This is to include all games, training and team gatherings at all ages and all grades.
The club is encouraging all members to continue to follow the guidelines which have been provided by the health authorities.

LADIES NOTES
In the interest of preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus girls can everyone please listen to the government guidelines and appeals from our frontline medical staff about social distancing.
We must remember those who are vulnerable in our community.

As per the directive issued last Thursday, March 12th the GAA, An Cumann Camógaíochta and the Ladies Gaelic Football Association suspended all activity at club, inter-county and educational levels until March 29th (inclusive) .

This is to include all games, training and team gatherings at all ages and grades.
For this reason we cancelled our bag packing fundraiser in Dunnes, The Horan Centre last Saturday.

For those of you who are bored keep an eye on our Facebook page for exercise programs ( as the Kerry Sports Academy is closed at the moment) . They won’t be as enjoyable as circuit training is on Tuesdays  with Ellen and Brendan but it’s better than nothing.
We will also post skills that you can practice at home.

Do Kerins O’ Rahilly’s Club proud and do your bit in this unprecedented national crisis.

JUVENILE NOTES
Last Thursday it was announced that because of the National crisis we’re in at the moment that all training and games etc. are cancelled until after March 29th for all ages. This directive came from Croke Park.

We ask that everyone please listen to the advice that our government and medical staff are giving us about COVID-19. This is for ourselves, our families and our community. We can all win this if we do as asked to protect each other . There are those in our community who are more vulnerable than others. Please think of them.
We need to protect each other, just think of yourself as being a forward and keeping away from the back who is trying to prevent you from moving on.

We are fortunate to have a wonderful community around us in Kerins O’ Rahillys. Whether we are fundraising, looking for sponsorship, volunteers etc. we all rally together. Now it’s our turn to give back to our community. Please support our local shops and businesses. If you know of any elderly people or more vulnerable people who need help reach out and support each other.
We need to stick together now and our club can be a focal point for you.

We realise that there are a few tough weeks ahead but there’s nothing stopping your daughter or son playing with a ball in the garden.
Please check our Facebook page for the ‘200 Touches Daily Challenge.’ All they need is a ball and a wall. You will see improvement over the coming weeks.
We will also be posting various things to keep everyone out of mischief over the next few weeks!!!

And remember in order to pull together we must stay apart so that we can all get out on our pitches as soon as possible.

Sympathy to the Wallace Family , Kerins Park and Ardfert. To Adrienne , Anthony , Maurece and Dyanne our sincere condolences on the recent passing of Tony. May he rest in peace.
