OUR MEMBERS
We are living in extraordinary times everyone.
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed almost everything about our world and lives.
One thing that hasn’t disappeared or changed though is our passion for our community which is what the GAA is all all about.
Every club in Ireland along with their communities have the same goal right now – to in the not too distant future come out on the other side of this pandemic.
Many thanks to everyone who has offered help to the vulnerable people  in our community.
A very kind person from Co. Monaghan asked us if somebody would do a shop for a person in our community. When Mary had done the shop this person paid her and also made a donation to the Ladies section of our club. There was no need whatsoever but they appreciated it so míle buíochas to you again.
Sport is not a priority at a time of national crisis but it’s nice to keep active mentally and physically. This is why we are posting skills etc. on our Facebook page.
We are also sharing skills from John Dillon and Orlagh Farmer . Thank you to both of them.
The LGFA have weekly quizzes for everyone. Details are posted on our Facebook page.
We can’t wait for the day to come when the girls and boys of all ages will be running out on the pitch enjoying themselves. We are planning for that day , whenever that may be. We both young and old love our football and miss the chat, training, fun and games.
That day can come around sooner if we all
listen to what we’re being advised to do by those who know.  PLEASE LISTEN AND ABIDE BY THE RULES.
