Austin Stack Park Stewards

As Tralee clubs we should all be very proud of the new development at Austin Stack Park. However in order to hold games there in safety there will have to be proper stewarding provided for all games. Tralee clubs need to get behind this so we would appreciate it if you could give some of your time to help out. The same people will not be need for every game. Kerry GAA will provide full training. Contact Breda Dyland for information.

Christmas Fair

We will be holding a Christmas Fair at the club on the 11th of December. There will be a bake sale, crafts, gifts, raffles, lots for the kids and much more on the day. We need volunteers to bake, donate crafts etc and volunteer on the day. Please contact Shirley Doody, Marie Nix or Kathy McCarthy for information. We hope you support this as we are supporting a very worthy local charity with the day.

Ladies News
U12 girls – Kerins O’Rahillys U 12 girls played in the Town League on Sunday 30th in Ballyrickard. They played John Mitchels in the semi-final and played some very impressive football. Aoife O’Connor’s goal put the girls ahead with Kate Kerins adding to the score with some fine points. Captained by Bronagh O’Carroll who was outstanding in the backs the girls went on to win their game and reach the final.

Kerins O’Rahillys took on Austin Stacks in the final but unfortunately Stacks were too strong for our girls. The Kerins O’Rahillys girls have been very impressive this year and have showed great commitment. They finished off their year with a trip to Dingle taking in the climbing wall, Ventry beach for a kick around and into town for well-deserved Murphy’s ice cream. Training finished for this year and enjoy the break.   If you have any queries contact Marie Nix on 0879734923.

U14 girls – U14 girls have finished training for the year. Thanks to everyone for their commitment throughout what was a busy year with Féile. Thanks to all of the families who supported the club in the run up to and during Féile. Well done to all and we look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Ladies night out

The Club whose supporters make the most transactions in the post office between now and December will win the valuable right to be the only club to sell their Club Lotto Tickets in the Rock Street Post Office. So with every transaction from buying a stamp to getting a passport right up to sending off the all-important cards at Christmas let Martin and his friendly staff know that you are a Kerins O’Rahillys supporter and lets see out lotto be the one selling in The Rock in the new year.
