Senior:

We will begin our county senior championship campaign on Sat 16th when we play Shannon Rangers in the opening round in Austin Stack Park where throw in is @ 17.30

Shannon Rangers are composed of players from Asdee, Ballydonoghue, Ballyduff, Ballylongford, Beale and Tarbert and have a long and proud tradition in the county championships.

They are five times winners of the competition,  their last dating back to 1977 – this win ensured Ogie Moran would captain Kerry in ‘78 and he had the honour of raising the Sam Maguire that year when Kerry defeated Dublin.

Ogie is the holder of two county championship medals, having won his first in 1972 at the ripe old age of 16!

The other teams in the group are Spa and Mid Kerry with these fixtures to be made on the outcome of the opening games.
