Kerry Business Womens Network To Host Special Event In Ballygarry

1908462_10152791873484336_2875784789199310106_nBALLYGARRY House Hotel is preparing to play host to a very special event on Thursday March 5, as the Kerry Business Womens Network (KBWN) arrives at the venue for their conference.

The KBWN’s conference will be entitled “Agents of Change–Empowering Women through Education” where there will be keynote speeches taking place from renowned speaker Deirdre Bounds and MEP Deirdre Clune.

The event is being held in advance of International Woman’s Day which is on Sunday, March 8.

The evening will be kicked off with a drinks reception from 6pm, followed by a three course meal at 6.30pm, with speeches from Tomás Hayes, LEO Kerry and Breda O’Dwyer, CEED.

After dinner, the public will be invited to a debate which will hear from two women from very different backgrounds, each with their own story to share on empowerment and inspiration for women from all walks of life.

Deirdre Clune MEP’s speech will be entitled “Empowering women through education”.

Speaking about the upcoming event, Liz Maher from Kerry Business Women’s Network said:

Tickets for the three course meal are €20 for Kerry Business Women’s Network members, and €30 for non-members.
