A KERRY man’s company has made the shortlist for two national awards.
Avalanche Designs is nominated in the Best Social Media Activity and the Best Web Development Agency category in the Dot IE Net Visionary awards.
“These are one of the most prestigious awards in Ireland so it is a fantastic honour to be recognised by some incredibly talented people in the Irish digital community,” said Aidan O’Carroll from Ballyduff, who owns the company.
It’s been a good year so far for Aidan, as in April he was named Best Young Business Person at the Micro Business Awards.

The Dot IE Net Visionary awards are one of the most hotly contested awards for digital businesses in Ireland.
The awards recognise best practice across four main pillars of digital excellence: technology, entrepreneurship, marketing and innovation. The awards take place on Friday, September 15 at the RDS, Concert Hall, Dublin.
