Kerry FC Academy had two teams in action last weekend.

Both the under 17 and 19 teams travelled to UL Limerick but we’re unlucky to lose in both games.

The under 17s travelled on Saturday to play Treaty. The Kerry team created several chances in a great first half.

They took a deserved lead in the 32nd minute when Cian Beirne netted. The home side equalised in the 63rd minute.

Both sides created chances in the final 30 minutes but it was the Limerick side that struck in injury time to snatch full points.

The under 19 team travelled to UL also on Sunday to play Treaty. Again Kerry produced some great attacking first half play.
